CVA COORDINATOR


Description
The CVA Coordinator is SURMAC’s lead developer and growth generator for the Customer
Value Agreements (CVAs) service offering and is therewith responsible for the
commercialization, deployment and adoption of this growth enabler as acting lead of the
CVA team by consistently utilizing valuable business intelligence and actively co-developing
marketing programs to create CVA growth initiatives in order to maximize exposure and
returns of CVAs in the assigned territory, both independently and under guidance of the
Commercial Manager.


Job Duties/Responsibilities include, but are limited to:
• Maximize customer satisfaction levels for active CVA’s by governing the value
promise(s);
• Maintain constant visibility on CVA growth market through acquired Business
Intelligence (BI);
• Create and present CVA return on investment (ROI) reports to internal and external
customers;
• Oversee timely execution of CVA content to ensure high levels of CVA execution
accuracy;
• Manage the CVA financial balance sheets to maintain and improve profitability while
growing CVA revenues for both parts and labor sales;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to minimize process breakdowns to maintain
high levels of cross-functional engagement;
• Actively manage both internal and external customers’ expectations;
• Uphold high levels of accuracy of the various CVA performance dashboards;
• Periodically report on and drive CVA metrics (growth rates, renewal rates, etc.).


Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration with 1-2 years’ experience.
• Experience in a sales and customer service is preferred.
• Experienced in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Reporting structure
The CVA Coordinator reports to the Product Support & Sales Supervisor.


Work Schedule
• 45 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
• The work location is located at Paramaribo and the working hours are from 7.00 –
16.00.
• Will be required to act as Subject Matter Expert when called upon by external
customers and/or Surmac sales representatives on location outside of the Surmac
premises.
